Overview

MyTreeSweets provides informational orchard, collection, marketplace, digital guide, and community tools through mytreesweets.com and the MyTreeSweets Grower app. By using the website, app, forms, digital downloads, or related services, you agree to these terms.

Informational Tools and Growing Guidance

Freeze guidance, collector guidance, rarity notes, tree profiles, cultivar notes, care suggestions, planning tools, and digital guides are informational only. MyTreeSweets does not guarantee plant survival, cultivar identity, fruiting performance, cold tolerance outcomes, resale value, or marketplace results.

Growers are responsible for their own horticultural, financial, planting, pest control, cold protection, and marketplace decisions. Local conditions, tree health, soil, water, weather, pests, containers, and care practices can change results.

Accounts and App Use

If you create a MyTreeSweets Grower account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and using the app lawfully and respectfully. App features may change over time, especially during beta testing and early release periods.

Beta Access and TestFlight

Beta access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended at any time. Beta builds may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changing workflows. If you receive access through Apple TestFlight, Apple TestFlight is used only as the distribution method for iPhone and iPad beta testing.

Community and Marketplace

Marketplace listings connect growers directly. MyTreeSweets Grower does not process marketplace payments, guarantee plant quality, confirm cultivar identity, arrange shipping, inspect listings, or act as a broker in user-to-user marketplace transactions.

Users are responsible for evaluating listings, communicating clearly, following applicable laws, and making their own purchase, sale, shipping, pickup, or trade decisions.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you create, including tree records, photos, notes, grow logs, comments, listings, and profile content. You grant MyTreeSweets permission to store, display, process, and moderate that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support the website and app.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, spammy, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

Smart Tags and Public Links

MyTreeSweets Smart Tags and QR labels may open public or private tree pages depending on the settings connected to that tree. Printed labels may remain in circulation for a long time, so users are responsible for choosing appropriate public or private visibility before sharing or printing labels.

Digital Products and Website Purchases

Digital guides, printable kits, and other downloadable products are provided for personal use unless a product page says otherwise. Prices, availability, download access, and product details may change. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund availability may be limited once a download has been delivered.

Plant Availability and Requests

Plant availability, sizes, prices, release timing, and descriptions may change. Rare fruit trees are living plants, and availability may depend on season, health, weather, propagation success, and readiness for release. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or reserve a plant unless confirmed directly by MyTreeSweets.

Moderation and Service Protection

We may review, hide, restrict, remove, or refuse content, accounts, requests, listings, or messages that create spam, safety, trust, legal, marketplace, or policy concerns. We may also limit access to protect the website, app, users, or MyTreeSweets.

Intellectual Property

MyTreeSweets branding, website copy, app design, digital guides, images, product files, and design elements belong to MyTreeSweets or their respective owners and may not be copied, republished, resold, or reused without permission.
