Overview

MyTreeSweets operates mytreesweets.com and the MyTreeSweets Grower app. We collect and store information needed to run the website, process requests and digital orders, manage beta applications, and provide orchard, collection, marketplace, and grower community tools.

Information We Store

Depending on how you use MyTreeSweets, we may store:

• Account identifiers such as email address and user ID.
• Profile information such as display name, bio, avatar, and public or private profile status.
• Tree records, cultivar records, tasks, grow logs, notes, photos, QR label or Smart Tag references, and related app content you create.
• Community interactions such as follows, likes, comments, reports, blocks, and notifications.
• Marketplace listings, listing inquiries, and related messages you submit.
• Website form submissions, request list entries, beta applications, beta feedback, contact messages, and newsletter preferences.
• Digital product order details needed to complete purchases, deliver downloads, and provide customer support.

Public and Private Content

You control whether certain app content is public or private. Public profiles, public trees, public updates, marketplace listings, and public Smart Tag pages may be visible to other growers or website visitors. Private records remain limited to the signed-in account unless moderation, support, security, or legal requirements require review.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate MyTreeSweets, provide app features, respond to inquiries, review beta applications, deliver digital products, manage request lists, improve grower tools, support marketplace and community features, send requested communications, and protect the service from spam, abuse, or security issues.

Notifications and Email

Push notification tokens may be stored when notifications are enabled. These tokens are used only to send app notifications such as freeze alerts, reminders, and account activity. Email communications may be sent for account, beta, order, waitlist, newsletter, or support purposes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe option is provided.

Data Storage and Service Providers

App and website data may be stored using Supabase and other infrastructure or service providers that help operate the website, app, email, forms, analytics, payments, digital downloads, security, and support workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Moderation

We may review, hide, restrict, or remove content that violates our policies or creates safety, trust, spam, legal, or marketplace concerns. Moderation actions can affect profiles, trees, updates, comments, reports, Smart Tag visibility, and marketplace listings.

Payments and Digital Products

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. MyTreeSweets does not store full payment card details on the website. Digital download access and order records may be retained so purchases can be fulfilled and supported.

Beta Testing and TestFlight

If you apply for or participate in a MyTreeSweets beta, we may use your submitted information to evaluate fit, send setup instructions, provide TestFlight access, collect feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app before public launch. Apple TestFlight is used for iPhone and iPad beta distribution when applicable.

Your Choices

You may request that we update or remove certain contact information. Some records may need to be retained for order history, security, legal, or operational reasons. In the app, available privacy controls may allow you to adjust profile, tree, update, or marketplace visibility.
